I stayed here for about a month in Summer of 2017. The people were polite. My room was clean, AC worked great, sheets were clean, floors & bathroom were clean. For a weekly rate of $400 it was worth it. My room was ground floor backside (East facing) of the building.
Clean room and friendly staff. Dog friendly but be prepared to put up a 100 deposit. Deposit was cancelled within 24 hrs of check out
The owner/manager was very helpful/nice/accommodating. Let me check in a little early because I have kids( not expected) king bed is extremely comfortable, AC works great, my kids love the big TV . It gives the last Vegas vibe. Great hotel overall
The owner or front desk man is so awesome and cute. The service is great and it's so simple to check in as well as the prices being the best around. I would like there to have been more toilet paper available but other then that I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent! The rooms were very clean, the staff was really helpful and friendly. The place is located in downtown but manages to feel quiet and "away from it all". The building is old but well-cared for. Mini fridge+microwave comes with the standard room, no extra charges; large tv. The bed was really comfortable (be warned though, it does lean more towards being soft than firm). Water pressure wasn't bad at all, towels are plushy. The parking is conveniently accessed and close to the rooms, but the back lot could stand to have a few areas filled and smoothed out. All of this for such a great price-- I would definitely stay here again.
If you're looking for a place to crash just for a night while passing through this place isn't bad. You get what you pay for. The bed was surprisingly really comfortable in room 112. Staff was friendly. had snacks in the morning which was a YUGE plus. There were a few hair's on the bedding, it didn't bother me considering this is a pet friendly motel. (looked like pet hair). There was a few roach catchers throughout the room, but I didn't see any roaches. I appreciate seeing the catchers rather than the actually roaches. With the climate in Idaho you're bound to have some style of bugs, especially if it's an older building. Overall my stay wasn't as bad as I thought it would be reading these other reviews. Would consider staying again
Don't be afraid of this place because of the location or the outside appearance. The rooms are newly renovated, clean and the beds are comfortable.
